Queso Nata Cantabria

Queso Nata de Cantabria ist ein Weichkäse oder halbfester Schnittkäse aus pasteurisierter Kuhmilch aus der Region Kantabrien im Norden von Spanien. Der Käse ist als Queso de Cantabria ist seit 1985 in Spanien als D.O.P.-Käse (Denominación de Origen Protegida = Geschützte Ursprungsbezeichnung) registriert. Seite 2007 trägt der Käse die Bezeichnung Queso Nata de Cantabria.
