Västerbottensost („Käse aus Västerbotten“) ist ein Hartkäse aus pasteurisierter Kuhmilch, die in der Stadt Burträsk in der Region Västerbotten im Norden von Schweden hergestellt wird. Västerbottensost ist einer der bekanntesten und beliebtesten Käse in Schweden, die Laibe mit einem Durchmesser von 42 cm und einem Gewicht von ca. 18 kg sind die die größten Käselaibe, die in Schweden produziert werden.
